•classification on the basis of    location: The location of the hotel is one of major criteria for selection of the hotel by the guest. Hotel can be locate into heart of the city or on outskirt etc they can be categorised into: 

• Downtown Hotel 

• Sub-urban Hotel 

• Airport Hotel

• resort 

• Motel 

• Floatel


Downtown Hotel 🛏️ : A downtown hotel is locked in the centre of the city or within a short distance from business centre shopping areas, theatres, public office etc. the centre of the city may not necessarily be the geographical centre, but to refers to area that is considered to be the commercial hub of city.

         Room Rates: The room rates of days hotel higher than similar hotels in other areas soyas to cover the huge investment made  on the land. They are preferred by businessman or corporate clientele as they find it convenient to stay closer to the place of their business activities. 


Sub-urban Hotel: A sab urban hotel is located near the outskirts of the city, as the land cost in the City centre is higher and their space is limited some entrepreneurs build there hotel near the outskirts of the city. Providing similar facilities as the downtown hotel, days hotels are set in Suburban areas and have the advantage of quieter and peaceful and  surrounding. The duration of the stay of guest in these hotels maybe longer than at a hotel located in the City.  R Room Rates: The room rates in such hotels are moderate and may attract the budget travel families or those people who prefer to stay away from the hostel and bus tail of city.


Resort Hotel: Hotels that are located at tourist definition such as Islands , exotic locations hill station, sea matches and Countryside are referred to as resort hotels. This hotel have a very claim and natural and business with breathtaking beauty and typical scenery. They are mostly away from cities and are locate in pollution-- free environment. People go to these place for relaxation and enjoyment and do get away from there daily hectic schedule, i.e. the stay of the guest in resort hotel is long such as big or more. Occupancy in resort is normally higher during vacation time and weekend when guest want to take a break from there weekly routine.

         Room Rate: The Room rates in this hotels marriage from moderate to high, depending on the additional service offered. Holiday makers, Travelers family and patients who have been suggested by the doctor to go to the resort hotel for relaxation. 

Facilities /Service offered: These hotels combin te facilities with reaction & Leisure facilities Swimming pool, Gym ym, Indoor & outdoor game, sight seeing facilities spa, golf, summer and winter sports.


Airport Hotel: Airport Hotel are situated in the vicinity or near of airport and other port of entry. Offering all the service of a commercial hotel, this hotel are generally patronized by the passengers . Who need a stopover and route there journey. Trained passengers, overnite aur shirts day guest such as layover or cancelled flight passenger and crave stuff are also accommodated in such hotels service / Facilities - Exchange rate / airport transverse travel desk (book tickets & updated High Schedule) , more staff at night shift. 


Motel: the world motor is formed by merging two words _motor' and _hotel'. They are located primarily on highways and provide modest lodging to Highway travels.
